Hoover Dam

Sam and I went to Hoover Dam last week.  This was the first time I have seen it since they changed it.  It was fun except for it was hot as fire that day and we went at 1 pm :/

The Beginning

I love reading blogs about other couples and the fun things that they do together, especially when they are newlyweds so I decided that I want to do the same.  Plus, this will help me remember all of the fun things that  my fiance and I do together.  I got engaged on August 24, 2012 to Samuel DeVaney and he is absolutely the best! I couldn't ask for someone better to spend my entire life with.  We are getting married on January 19, 2013 in Las Vegas and we cannot wait!! :) Sam and I met at BYU-Idaho.  We both lived in the Tuscany Apartments.  My roommate and I were going around meeting the boys in the apartments and when we got to Sam's it was pretty awkward because him and his roommate were both there with their girlfriends so we didn't stay very long.  A couple of months later we were at the same bonfire, he was with another girl again, but I introduced myself for the second time.  I wasn't sure if he was the guy with the girlfriend before, but I did know that he was the boy with the blue beanie that I would see walk by our apartment window...and I thought he was cute!!! Only 3 days later did the boy in the blue beanie show up at my apartment and the rest is history :)
